This cool piece was made using repurposed full grain veg tanned Water Buffalo leather. The piece was dyed with two different brown stains, so in order for me to emboss it with these sugar skulls and floral design, I needed to remove the stain with soft sand paper and then dampen with a wet sponge to allow me to leave an impression into the leather. I then used many different colors of Patina paints to achieve these beautiful effects! What I like about this particular leather is that it’s so soft, flexible and 1/8 “ thick which makes it a very durable leather bracelet.
For the finishing touch, I added a handmade berry concho with small rhinestones surrounding a silver filigree sugar skull.
There will be two leather snaps - one at 7 1/4 and another one at 7 3/4 to allow adjustability to your wrist. All of my bracelets will come with matching stretch bracelet. (Shown in pic)
