This oval shape pewter bezel has been painted with a patina turquoise and a silver sugar skull with turquoise rhinestones for the eyes and silver ball chain has been placed inside. Everything inside is sealed with a clear resin. Truly a very unique piece. Dangles from a turquoise Czech beaded silver chain.
